For additional ordering information or assistance, please call us.  For each purchase, Copycat has obtained copyright permission to produce one photocopy of each article. Copycat’s responsibility and liability is limited to the production of the article packet sent to the buyer.  This purchase does not authorize the buyer to make photocopies of the articles.  Standard pricing below includes shipping via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.  For other shipping options, please contact us.  Please allow one week after we receive your order for processing and delivery. Fees: Pricing for each article packet varies depending on the number of articles in a reading list and the publishers’ fees for the articles. Copycat receives the ABOG reading list at the same time you do and then requires about two weeks to determine pricing of the article packet. Sales Tax: Oklahoma residents must include an additional 9.5% sales tax.
